The shipping cost depends on the weight of the product/s you were selected, and the shipping location. For this reason, we advise you should group all the articles you want in one order. Since we can not combine two orders, and the shipping cost will be applied for each one separately.
We are not responsible for damage to the package during shipping. Therefore we will protect the products well.
Our miniature kits will be shipped by Certified Postal Mail. Depending on the item(s) you purchase on menutmon.com and the location to which the item(s) will be delivered, different prices will be applied. At checkout, you will be informed the amount of shipping cost.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking and shipping information. Simply click on the link in the email and follow the instructions of the website.
We ship only on tuesday. Thus, the maximum period to make the shipment will be 7 calendar days.
At Spain add 2-5 business day to delivery time. Europe add 5-7 business days to delivery time. And the rest of countries 7-15 business days.

Orders and returns
Click on a Product Photo or Product Name to see more detailed information. To place your order, choose the specification you want and enter the quantity, and click ‘Buy Now’.
Please enter the required information such as Delivery Address, Quantity Type etc. Before clicking “Place Order”, please check your Order Details carefully. If you want to add a new Delivery Address, click ” Add a new address”. If you want to edit a current Delivery Address, click ‘Edit this address’. After confirming your Order, you will be automatically taken to the Payment page.
Go to Your Orders. Click Cancel Items. Note: Select the checkbox next to each item you wish to remove from the order. If you want to cancel the entire order, select all of the items. Click Cancel checked items when finished.
Remember that if the order has been shipped already, you can’t cancel it. In this case, please refer to the return policy.

RETURN POLICY
Right of withdrawal
If you are contracting as a consumer and user, you have the right to withdraw from this Contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the goods or in case the goods that make up your order are delivered separately, to the 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired material possession of the last of those goods.
All returns must be authorized by us. To obtain such authorization and exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Menutmon at the address Praga, 10 La Pobla de Vallbona (Valencia – Spain), or by writing to the email info@menutmon.com, your decision to withdraw from the Contract through an unequivocal declaration indicating the order number.
To meet the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication regarding the exercise by you of this right is sent before the corresponding period expires.
Consequences of withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal on your part, we will refund all payments received from you except for delivery costs (as long as the right of withdrawal is exercised within the legal period and all the items that make up the order in question are returned) .
Your right to withdraw from the Contract will apply exclusively to those products that are returned in the same conditions in which you received them. No refund will be made if the product has been used beyond the mere opening of it, for products that are not in the same conditions in which they were delivered or that have suffered any damage, so you must be careful with the / the product / s while they are in your possession.
